All you have to do is move to a state that recognizes same sex marriage and any stranger can take a child away from their biological mother. Pretty cool advantage for the gay agenda. People with children beware. If this is allowed then anyone choosing that lifestyle will be putting their children at risk. You may need to sign a prenup on the kids. What an unholy mess. You think maybe God knows all this and that's why His word speaks about this abomination so plainly?

I dont know about anyone else, but this is a pretty clear cut case. If the other partner was an infertile male she was married to, this wouldnt even be reported on. However because they were in a lesbain relationship its the tyrany of the gay agenda.
Of course, this completely ignores the typical evangelical christian hypocracy where the mother, denies her ex partner visitation, and then dissapears as a fugitive. Its ok to break the law as long as you keep the gay away.

That's called kidnapping. Adoption is when that child was either given up or taken away from some seriously fucked up circumstances and then taken in by prospective parents who, unlike biological parents, had to take some tests and go through a background check to qualify. Not saying that being a biological parent makes you a bad parent; just saying that adoption helps to screen out people who really shouldn't be parents at all.
Now, how to make this slope slip the other way... oh, yes, I see, let's try this.

Kids are not property! The prenup is about each person's property in case of a divorce, right?
I see no mess at all. Initially the one giving birth is the mother, the one who supplied the sperm is the father. After that each parent can give up his or her right to the child in an adoption process. The one taking over the custody of the child is then the new mother or father. Same as ever, actually...

Marriage has very little to do with parentage. You can have one without the other.
Children should be taken care of by an adult who has their best interest in view.
The right is with the child, always. It has the right to be loved and cared for.
