In the entire history of the world, only one nation has ever returnd after complete anihilation: Israel. Not the Assyrians, Babylonians, Caananites, Ninevites, edomites, no one else.

Now, with a God who still watches over them and honors his covenant promises to them, does anyone honestly think that a nation that goes against Israel or stabs her in the back is going to walk away unscathed?....

...Just ask Nazi Germany.

Germany was doing fairly well, before the Financial Crisis came flooding in from the country across the Atlantic. It hasn't been Nazi for several decades, granted. But the united Germany has been prosperous, and much more peaceful than Israel has been.

Has Israel been completely anihilated? When?

Did Nazi Germany attack Israel? Nope, they "just" exterminated every Jew they could find in Germany and the occupated countries. Us of A is now seemingly trying to mimic their efforts, but going after "terrorists" instead, confining them to camps indefintely, torturing them and attacking neighboring countries in the Middle East. Usama Bin Laden is Saudi Arabian, but we don't see that many attacks on Saudi Arabia, strangely enough...

The relatives of a certain six million Jews would like a word with your God. One such question they'd probably ask him would be along the lines of 'And where were YOU when my grandparent/uncle/aunt/cousin/*relative of choice here* were being beaten, tortured, worked till they dropped, experimented upon, gassed & incinerated in Dachau/Treblinka/Sobibor/Bergen-Belsen/Auschwitz?!'

The only explanation for God not 'watching over his Chosen People', nor honouring his covenant promises to them during the Holocaust (check one):

[ ] God doesn't care about his 'Chosen People' any more (thus your country's need to give military aid to Israel today), which means he's broken said 'Covenant' to them, thus he's a hypocrite, therefore he's a contradiction to himself, ergo, God doesn't exist. QED.

[ ] God doesn't exist. Period.

I think he is talking about the Israel the nation and not Israel the country. But still he is giving undue credit to his gowd. Israel is around and will forever BE around mainly because of the ability and sacrifice of her sons and daughters.

Israel is a nuclear power, has the highest education in the region, most scientists, most engineers and doctors, not to mention the most well trained and well equiped military and the most well developed civil society. If it wasn't for the repeated hostilities against Israel from its neighbors, Israel could not only rival but far exceed most European nations in every measure of success.

Israel needs the US only as much as the US needs Israel. If it was'nt for Israeli support in the region, Americans would be riding donkeys, because guess what... all motorized vehicles require fuel.

Israel didn't exist until 1948.

...and Palestine then & before was relatively untouched by all the hoo-ha that was WWII - least of all by Nazi Germany - because it was under the protection of the UK, until 1948, you history-deficient 'hoemskuled' cuntbrain fundie twat!

Dunno. but then, we in the UK who fucking gave the Jews Israel in the first fucking place, don't experience the meteorological/geological extremes the US does, so you have so me explaining to do - to yourselves.

...oh, and speaking of WWII, we experienced the full force of the Luftwaffe, as well as all those V-1s & V-2s (As opposed to, say... Israel & those Iraqi Scuds during Gulf War I? Not so much). Still here.
