[Dr Hovind should not be called doctor, his degrees are fake and he is a bold faced bigotted liar, even most creationists will agree with me.]
Non accredited does not make it a fake. It just means it is not accredited.

Yes, indeed. Not accredited just means that he got it from somewhere that couldn't even be bothered to pass the minimal instruction standards, and therefor his degree is worth about the same as the paper it is printed on, and no more. It certainly means that he doesn't have the same degree of education and critical thinking required to get an accredited doctorate.
Well, I just founded "Big Bob's University" and I've given myself a PhD. What's more, "Bob's Army" has made me it's 4-star general. Plus, I've been elected president of "Bobville." Don't worry, I'll still be the same old humble Papabear, you'll just need to address me as "Your Excellency, General Papabear PhD. And, of course, you will have to have the utmost respect for my opinions. You may now bow, John.
When I think of "doctor" Hovind I always think of the movie, "Who's the Man" where Denis Leary berates "Dr." Dre for adding the title to his name when his brother had to actually go to medical school for 10 years to be called doc.
Yeah, I watched that movie, so what? That doesn't mean I'm a bad guy. Does it? Yeah, I guess it does.
"Non-Accredited" means that nobody was willing to certify that school as meeting minimum standards in regards to the quality and content of the education received.
As such, facilities which are not accredited are viewed as little more than diploma mills; all a person needs to do is pay a small sum of money, do token work, and then they'll get a degree that some people spend 10 or more years working for.
And yes, under normal circumstances people are ruined should it be discovered they have such a degree. If you don't believe me, then ask me about D. J. Nelson.
Hovind is, unfortunately, rarely at home. He makes his money roaming around pitching his stupid theories and refusing to believe rational ones. I really wish I COULD smack his head and sew his lips shut, I'd do it for free. At least I can take joy in Dinosaur Adventure Land having the buildings closed due to tax evasion.
A degree issued from an unaccredited diploma mill has only a few basic uses: covering cracks in walls, toilet paper (ouch - not really practical), target practice, and fooling people dumber than the guy with the piece of paper.
Okay, so it's a REAL non-accredited degree. That's like having a REAL glass diamond, or a REAL placebo.
I, too, am wondering if it is possible for JohnR7 to genuinely be this dense without sinking to the center of the Earth. He seems more trollish every day.

Amos, I read that linked page up through the description of Chapter 1; I'll go back and read more another time.
At the outset, though, I'd have to say that Hovind is apparently a really good example of a person who is capable of functioning in society (indeed, quite profitably!), while being mentally ill, intellectually fraudulent, and/or morally bankrupt.
Thanks for the link!
