Funny - if you ran around on the side of the street with a "cure cancer" poster, everyone would cheer and donate money to your cause. Running around with a "cure homosexuality" poster would probably get the cops called on you. people calling good evil, and evil good... Perhaps it would be better to have a poster with something in the middle - say "cure AIDS"... of course a cure for AIDS is already available, some people just don't like to admit what the cure is...

...Of course there is a cure for religion, but people don't want to do what's needed to get rid it. Thinking, logic, and reason require effort and makes them adjust their worldview to match reality.
Cancer is a disease, homosexuality isn't.

Homosexuality is 'disease' in the same way that being short or blue eyed or liking the colour blue is a disease.
So we don't need to bother looking for a cure for homosexuality after all.
However, I'd be thrilled if you did stand on the side holding a poster that said 'cure AIDS'. Every little bit helps.
So if there were suddenly no homosexuals no one would ever get AIDS or other STDs ever again and AIDS would just disappear? Mmhm... And of course homosexuals all have AIDS. There's no such thing as a gay/bi person who is STD free...
Of course if you were holding a sign that read 'cure AIDS' people would assume you were trying to help others. Not trying to use prejudice and religious beliefs to pressure people to act heterosexual when they're not.

What is the cause of the 'disease,' is it transmissible? Particularly infectious? Virus? Bacteria?, Prion?
Maybe it's some sort of memetic virus, gets in your head at an early age and leads you to think disturbing things that can't be real or acceptable in normal society? After all, these things exist, it's a scary world.

Pray, what is the cure for AIDS? It certanly isn't "curing" gays, as most people in the world with AIDS are heterosexuals.
There is no cure yet, but there are ways to reduce the spreading of AIDS: sexual education and easily available contraceptives. But you dolts oppose both...
You do know what a cure is, don't you? It's removing the disease but leaving the individual alive, and well enough to go on with his or her life.
