Blasphemy!!! The morally reprehensible God-haters at Walt Disney have triumphed again. Here's a link to the official website of the upcoming movie UNDERDOG, in which the motto is featured ONE NATION UNDER DOG. You can view the motto by clicking on the "TRAILER" button. This is so disgusting and horrible folks. It may seem innocent to some people, but it's much, much more. This is just another attack on God's Word by Walt Disney. Walt Disney recently produced a disgraceful and sinful movie called Bridge to Terabithia, in which Hell is denied, the Word of God is blasphemed, and Bible-believing parents are demonized as unloving villains. I just can't tell you in words how evil Walt Disney's movies have become.

The more and more I read of this guy, the more and more I just can't shake the feeling that he's a troll/Poe. I mean, just look at his website. Who the hell has a website that badly-designed yet is serious about it? Who?
It's just a fucking play on words. Get over it.
I'm so glad I'm not a fundie and have to be outraged at every little thing. I'm also glad that I have a sense of humor.
And didn't Underdog come out a few years ago?
If thine eye offend thee, pluck it out.
Not that Stewart or his groupies would ever get that reference.
I prefer the original, 'one Nation indivisible' line myself. You are aware the Pledge doesn't come from the Bible, right? It should never have been shoehorned into the Pledge in the first place, and it still sounds ugly and feeble today.
Disney can make lions, cars, and even household items like candles talk, sing, and dance (choreographed even!). Your God can only make a donkey, a bush, and a snake talk, the last one of which he didn't even want. Disney > God.
I tried emailing GodHaters@WaltDisney.com and several variations, but they all bounced. Are you sure about that Dave?
Either:
1. Your god doesn't care, in which case your Bible is wrong about all that jealous and wrathful stuff and you shouldn't care either...
Or:
2. Your god is impotent to stop Disney and Co., in which case your god is not all-powerful.
Which is it Dave?
edit: @ Nomen Nescio:
Wrong. The victims were those accused of it.
One word, Davey-boy: Kaa.
Even "The Jungle Book" has far more credibility than your Bible; both the Disney animated film, and the Rudyard Kipling literary work it's based on, and those are fiction.
...and how are you getting on with your 'Bare Necessities', now your precious s(h)ite is down (hopefully permanently !), eh? No longer being able to type out your screeds against the 'sinful' world. Now take your steel guitar and Pluck Off, you paedo nonce.
Now, this weirdos upset over Underdog! What a dork!
It's like a dork getting upset over Yogi Bear, New Zoo Revue or The Banana Splits!
All that negativity & finding offense in everything is gonna make his back problems worse. Much of the agony could be psychosomatic.
But since he molested a kid, he deserves whatever agony he gets.
Overreaction, that's what it is. Even as an agnostic (theist) and a non-American I feel that ONE NATION UNDER DOG is pretty much stepping on sensitive territory there, as it subverts not only the notion of the divine, but also a keystone of the American national pledge. No doubt it's a pun, but a pun on a sacred notion, unfortunately. YMMV.
"One Nation Under God" is not part of the Bible, and saying "One Nation Under Dog" doesn't even mean that it can't also be under God if you want it too. Tr order would be God > Underdog > Murica, instead of just God > Murica.
Walt Disney movies have always been "evil"... Go watch some Fantasia demons or look for the word "sex" on-screen in the Lion King. Look up Walt Disney himself, even.
I think the pun is worth a smack in the jaw for being dumb, but not evil.
I just hear the bridge movie is bad, also possibly sexist.
That fact that you are so childish as to take insult from a simple play on words aside, where in the name of fuck do you people get this idiotic, asinine, and frankly laughable idea that a corporate entity has any sort of duty to ensure that whatever they produce dare not offend your oh-so delicate sensibilities.
"Calm down...have some dip."

If you get that lathered up over a play on words in an ad for a kids' movie, your blood pressure must be hovering somewhere around Defcon 4.
Not everything has to be about christians or your god. You're not the only people in existence, nor are you the only ones who matter. Get over yourselves.
Why is it an attack on God's word? The Bible doesn't say anything about America or it being "under God". (an addition to the Pledge of Allegiance which dates from 1954).
Re the "Bridge to Terabithia" thing, I looked it up and someone dies, whereupon someone says "I don't know much about all this, but I can't imagine God sending a sweet little girl like that to Hell." (This is the "denial of hell").
At this point David J. Stewart would jump in and say "blasphemy!! God DOES send sweet little girls to Hell, if they haven't been saved!"
Disney isn't all bad, right, Dave? All those preteen and teenage girls give you something to rub one out to while screaming how filthy they are when you can't find any real girls to molest because their parents rightfully keep them away from a pedo like you.
In a world filled with poverty, sickness, loneliness and war THIS is what gets you upset?
If your god is as petty and small minded as you Stewart, it deserves at least as much scorn as you do.
You're right. It's supposed to be "One nation, indivisible."
They added the "under God" part in the 50s because Communists turn to dust when they say the word God. You know, like when Mister Mxyzptlk says his name backwards.
"I just can't tell you in words how evil Walt Disney's movies have become."
That's right, you can't. We can, however, see that Walt Disney joins that elite band of organizations and people who are far more powerful than Bible God and who are able to thwart Him every step of the way.
These powerful Bible God thwarting people include musicians, artists, writers, comedians, film studios, scientists, atheists and sane people, plus too many more to mention.
Slowly but surely, Bible God's defenders and child sex abusers are losing ground.
"I pledge allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America, and to the republic for which it stands; one Nation indivisible with liberty and justice for all."
Pledge of Allegiance, 1924-1954.
When you see it - or don't - you'll shit bricks, Davey-boy.
Jimmy Carter is a devout Southern Baptist. Yet, he's used the pre -1954 Pledge of Allegiance.
Seems there are non -fundie Baptists out there.

"I mean absolutely no disrespect to God in any manner; but I sincerely believe that it is more than coincidence that Adam named a dog the exact opposite of how God is spelled. DOG spelled backwards is GOD! Next to God, dog has always been man's best friend. "
'More than coincidence indeed'. You've just broken the words 'Hypocrisy' & 'Double Standards', Davey-boy. The professors, academics, scholars, etymologists, lexicographers et al at the Oxford English Dictionary will have to come up with a completely new definition of what you've just done here.
Confused?
