If you have never heard of HAARP, you will now. HAARP stand for "High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program" Began in 1993, the HAARP Program is jointly managed by the US Air Force and the US Navy, and is based in Gakona, Alaska. It is designed to "understand, simulate and control ionospheric processes that might alter the performance of communication and surveillance systems." The HAARP system intends to beam 3.6 Gigawatts of effective radiated power of high frequency radio energy into the ionosphere. Though the military denies the allegations, scientific evidence shows that HAARP can cause earthquakes (and other devastations). Russia and the U.S. have already signed treaties agreeing not to use the weather as weaponry against each other. This stuff is real folks. I believe mankind is going to cause much of the woes which Jesus warned us about. We are going to destroy the earth (and each other) if the Lord doesn't return.

@Cyborgtroy: No, there is such a device. Conspiracy nuts are all over it, making wild claims. It does do what he says, beaming high frequency radio waves into the ionosphere, but it is probably for military communication purposes, not weather modification. Hell, if it was, maybe I could call them up and ask them to get it to stop raining here!
First David claims it's designed to "understand, simulate and control ionospheric processes that might alter the performance of communication and surveillance systems"
Then he claims it can cause geophysical events, "earthquakes(and other devastations)"
Then he claims it's a device that qualifies as "weather weaponry"
These three things... They are all different!
So I'll go ahead and make the claim that David has no idea what the hell this device is, what it does, or how it works...
Though I will concede that a quick dabbing of internet research seems to indicate that there is a government project called HAARP, and it does indeed involve electromagnetism.
And do they have a time maschine too?, because earthquakes exist LONG BEFORE the twenty first century. Of course, that you say that nonsense and insist "it's real, folks", demonstrates you have no idea what tectonic plaques means and that you can't control it, let alone WHEATHER, which has nothing to do with it.
Well, yes they have a time machine! An interdimensional portal was opened up between Tunguska, 1908, and Kanata, 2003, with the Telsa tower that temporarily caused an energy drain, bringing down the power grid. (And they expect us to think it was all a tree in Ohio's fault? Ha ha!)
HAARP is an ionospheric research tool that some hams and shortwave listenes have been able to hear, kind of like the old Russsian "Woodpecker" over-the -horizon RADAR from the Cold War. And it's got the Tin-foil crowd nuts going, with wild stories about weather control and more.
It can't control the weather. Weather is made and controlled by heat, not RF.
Some say it's a mind- control device, to keep us all docile for enslavement.
Paranoid delusions. Show me proof.
Some think it can cause earthquakes, to use as a weapon aggainst humanity.
Earthquakes are caused by plate tectonics, not RF.
Finally, the Sun puts far more energy into the ionosphere every day than HAARP can, an it isn't doing all of these things, is it?

Wait a minute, I thought that the Lord Himself was going to shit hammer this planet into dust after Rapturing all of the good little Christians off of it. What's the matter Dave, not so sure bout it anymore?
Jesus Christ IS RIGHTEOUS, BECAUSE He NEVER sinned!!!
-And Jesus made it possible to swap places with us sinners,
so that God could call us righteous...
but, it is Jesus righteousness that makes us righteous,
NOT our righteousness!
This is applied to you,
NOT when you fulfill some kind of righteous act,
BUT ONLY when you believe the Gospel of Jesus!-
"scientific evidence shows that HAARP can cause earthquakes"
This new learning amazes me, Sir Paedovere. Explain again, how sheep's bladders may be employed to prevent earthquakes?

Well, he hasn't come yet. We aren't being nuked. So, your point is invalid. Also, HAARP is harmless. Get that through your skull.
"We are going to destroy the earth (and each other) if the Lord doesn't return."
Actually, this might be the only time Davey has been right about, well, anything. But, as Jesus almost definitely doesn't exist, we're all doomed...
Great, now David J. Stewart is going on about HAARP. If there really was a weather controlling beam (which there isn't), it could be used for war, yes.
But, think of it this way- it could solve the rain problem in California! It would help prevent climate cha- oh wait, you guys don't think that's real. Never mind.
Confused?
