INT: A windowless room. Tiled, with blood & gore caked on all four walls, floor & ceiling. Racks & tables display all manner of hideously lethal surgical instruments & 'appliances'.
Superfisted is naked & strapped to a bench in the centre of the room. The one heavy steel door creaks open. A man walks in, wearing surgical garb (coat, cap, mask); snapping on rubber gloves. The steel door clangs shut. Walking to one of the surrounding tables, he picks up a long-bladed and lethal scalpel. Then turns to the bench with a now terrified and screaming superfisted...:
