Seems like those who are in sin get a little defensive when challenged about what they believe. Ya I have a few years behind me and I too have lived in the sin of homosexuality. I have spent a long time talking to men and trying to figure out just why this is such a painful area of mens life. I know men who are recovered alcoholics also who spent years asking themself why they hurt for 15, 18 or more years. God does not make one to be homosexual or a alcoholic. There is a enemy in the world and his name is Satan. He knows your family history, weaknesses, and propensity of how you will act based on your lifes experiences. Satan seeks to destroy lives. He certainly knows that this is a very successful attack on mens lives because the church sits virtually silent on sexual sin. I understand that men have needs in their life and will seek ways to fill those needs. I too had a need that I tried to meet and did so in a illigitament way. I know so many men who still live in a gay lifestyle and man are they miserable. On the outside they put up a good facade but on the inside they still hurt. Most of them I feel have reinforced the gay is ok said over and over so many times in their head that is the only way they can believe it. Some get very hostile with me and defensive. Sure is funny though how they still consider me their friend and care about me. Ya I love them too just as Christ does and pray that someday they can break free just as I did and find real peace and joy that surpasses all understanding. I would ask anyone who does not agree with me one question. If what you believed was not true wouldn't you want to know it?
