I can enjoy both helping and hurting people because both are technically capable of providing pleasure and I have no morals telling me to choose one over the other...the existence of laws is the only thing keeping [me] from being [a] criminal...yes,I am a sociopath.

Even this dude is a troll, I wish I knew which authorities to alert so I could just because .
'sides, it would be doing him a big favor to learn that actions have consequences, and speaking is an action.
If they're a troll, then ironic sociopathic behavior is still sociopathic.
If they're not a troll, then they're very unusual in the respect that most sociopaths aren't that self-aware and those who are usually don't openly revel in it.
So in this case I'm going to split the difference - a troll who is pretending to be a repulsive sociopath while actually just acting like a somewhat more extreme version of their real selves.
I can't enjoy hurting people, as I have a conscience. You, obviously don't, so you're only half a human.
I think there's some kind of treatment for that, these days... (Sadly, there is no treatment for being an edgy teenager, except time.)
This is an honest one at the very least - its a pity he's decided the laws apparently include barbaric norms invented by drooling simpletons for the purpose of controlling their ladyfolk.
As for the idea of getting cured, I am not in favor of it. I like being who and what I am, myself.
I think it is much the same with me, as to his initial statement. Good acts and evil acts are sources of amusement, but for me, instead of using laws as justification to control people, I just say "I really don't care about you people, so why should I bother moralizing?"
Its the people who insist on enforcing outdated ideas and imperatives that I take umbrage with.
As someone points out in another thread, were it not for the cooperative efforts of our species, we'd have died out before discovering the secret of fire.
But there are enough amoral people out there that I personally don't care if the precedent they set in their dealing with others eventually danages themselves.
They practically get down on their knees and beg to be cut from the herd. So be it. They're generally libertarian: That's what absolute liberty looks like. Enjoy.
Confused?
