I love the way this guy equates lack of belief in the referent with lack of privilege to use the sign. Idiot.

Religion, Afterlife etc? These words don't exist in your life so you can't use them so please tell every body what you don't believe in? (Remember, no religious words as there are no such)"

This is like saying that we all believe in dragons, since we can't deny the fact without using the word "dragon."
If your argument sounds illogical when you substitute in other subjects, (Cinderella, the Man in the Moon, Tinkerbell, Star Trek) then it's probably illogical in its original form, too.
Easy: "I don't believe in anything that is asserted without any evidence to prove that it even exists."
Now, you go get some evidence that your god actually exists, and we can talk. Also, your bible isn't evidence, it's a collection of assertions that are in need of evidence, and can therefore not serve as evidence by themselves.
Religions exist, so I can use the word with impunity.
As for the rest, of course those things exist... as false constructs created by religions as a means of controlling their followers.
Christian, Please Please tell me what you do believe in. Can you without using words like God, Heaven, Religion, Afterlife etc.? These words only exist in religion, so you can't use them, so please everybody what you don't believe in! (Remember, no religious words as there are no such)
FIXED!
i simply don't live my life according to any set of beliefs. i don't believe in anything one way or the other. since, by it's very nature, the supernatural is unknowable, why would i? it's that simple, why is this such a difficult concept to grab? i mean, i know people are afraid of dying, but for pete's sake, get over it. it's going to happen, so why not make the most of the one life you have?
There is a surprisingly large amount of people like this, who evidently believe that atheists don't think that religions even exist.
We know that religions exist. One would have to live in a fridge (which is also a good defense against nuclear weapons from what I've heard) all your life to not know that religions exist.
It's the validity of them that we don't believe in. Just like I don't believe in the validity of Harry Potter.
Creationists, please, please tell me what you don't believe in. Can you without using words like Evolution, Big Bang, Science, Abiogenesis, etc? These words don't exist in your life, so you can't use them, so please tell everybody what you don't believe in! (Remember, no scientific words, as there are no such!)
Christianists Please Please tell me what you don't believe in. Can you without useing words like atheist and science?
You claim atheists don't exist so you can't use that word to tell everybody they don't exist.
I don't believe in Shiva, Michael. Do you? Answer me without using the word Shiva, or any referent to Hinduism, since these words do not exist in your life.
Incidentally, is Yahoo 'answers' solely the preserve of dumb 14 year olds? Or just yahoos?
"Atheists, Please Please tell me what you don't believe in."
Anything completely lacking in evidence. And I'm skeptical of anything that lacks substantial credible evidence.
Happy now?
"Can you without useing words like God, Heaven? Religion, Afterlife etc?"
I believe I just did. What, you thought your invisible friend and intangible Happy Land were the only things I disbelieve in?
"These words don't exist in your life so you can't use them so please tell every body what you don't believe in? (Remember, no religious words as there are no such)"
Sadly, I've actually seen this argument before.
Gee, contrariwise, I'm wondering why Christians speak of magic, witchcraft and even other gods and religions - heck, even the Bible mentions all this stuff - if they are supposed to be so false and dangerous beliefs...
Just because you don't believe in something doesn't mean you can't speak about it at all. (Saying this as a non-Christian who doesn't think all ideas of Christianity are bad, many are in fact very nice.)
I remember this question. I'm pretty sure I trolled the shit out of it.
Edit: Ah, found my answer (I'm "Law & Order: Intarwebz Unit"). Guess I wasn't as bitchy about it as I remembered... still, this guy is a moron.
Is it bad that it took me a minute to figure what was meant by "the sign"? Now I have that Ace of Base song in my head.
Anyway, can this poster tell me he doesn't believe in Proteus, Cerridwen, and the Great Serpent without using those words?
"Atheists, Please Please tell me what you don't believe in.Can you without useing words like God, Heaven?
Religion, Afterlife etc?"
I don't need to. You've already stated the reasons why we don't believe in your bullshit.
OK.
" I do not believe in a supernaturally powerful, omnipresent and omniscient entity responsible for the creation of all matter including this planet and the life on it, according to an ultimate plan which only it can fully understand.
Nor do I believe in a continuation of consciousness or existence beyond that supported by our physical bodies, nor in any transcendent plane of existence in which both this entity and the eternally living consciousnesses of its devoted followers dwell.
As such I do not follow any system of devotion and reverence to such a being, not do I feel beholden to do so."
Not hard.
Idiot! There ARE religious words, as there are religions. It's the deities that don't exist, according to us. You don't believe in a majority of them, I don't believe in any of them.
I have friends and family members who are religious. I manage to discuss religions amicably with them, as I respect their faith and they respect my lack of faith. You clearly don't respect my lack of fait. I believe that you don't respect people of other faiths either.
Confused?
So were we! You can find all of this, and more, on Fundies Say the Darndest Things!
