[Q u o t e:
Jesus what are you, 12?
I haven't heard the "ITS JUST A THEORY" line since I graduated high school.
There is no accredited source which gives any weight to the myth that Darwin rejected Evolution. ]
Nice try, Beron. It's a THEORY!!!! It says so right in those stupid books the atheists forced into the public schools. You have no proof. In fact, your Darwin dates have been disproven, making that fact alone reason enough to get rid of it or add the rest of the theories. You shouldn't be allowed to monopolize a THEORY and that's what you're trying to do.
Stay atheist. I don't care. But don't FORCE you ideas on me.

In science a theory is a thoroughly tested and proven explanation of observed facts. It represents the highest degree of certitude. You know, Zapem, like the heliocentric theory, the theory of relativity ... that kind of stuff.
Idiot. Look up the definition of theory and STFU.
Edit: Dammit. I did it for you!
Theory: 1. A set of statements or principles devised to explain a group of facts or phenomena, especially one that has been repeatedly tested or is widely accepted and can be used to make predictions about natural phenomena.
2. The branch of a science or art consisting of its explanatory statements, accepted principles, and methods of analysis, as opposed to practice: a fine musician who had never studied theory.
3. A set of theorems that constitute a systematic view of a branch of mathematics.
4. Abstract reasoning; speculation: a decision based on experience rather than theory.
5. A belief or principle that guides action or assists comprehension or judgment: staked out the house on the theory that criminals usually return to the scene of the crime.
6. An assumption based on limited information or knowledge; a conjecture.
You think that definitions 4, 5, and/or 6 are relevant when only the first definition applies.
Now please burn in Semantics Hell.
"It's a theory!!!!"
So is gravity.
FAIL...
"You wanna prove you graduated high school and not just drop out?"
You're quoting the guy that is calling the fundie an idiot, and said that Darwin never "recanted"
Just like gravitational theory, atomic theory, etc...
We have observations, evolution explains them neatly, and so we're going to teach it until you can satisfactorily refute it.
Grammar, reading comprehension, and a little knowledge would be nice.
How does one monopolize a theory?
I'm not sure who fails more, Zapem or Jay-Sus.
Speaking of Zapem, unfortunately, we haven't forced our ideas of proper grammar on you yet.
[It's a THEORY!!!!]
So is gravity and reality, but you believe those.
[But don't FORCE you ideas on me.]
Mirror mirror on the wall...
Even if the "just a theory" contention had any validity, the reasonable people can simply retort "it's just a story" and win the argument anyway.
Stay stupid, I don't care, but don't bredd or vote.
There's just no point at all getting into a discussion about scientific method or the definition of scientific theory with jackasses like this one, is there?
Man, it's tiring trying to beat a little reason into their walnut brains!
"But don't FORCE you ideas on me."
Yet you can force your ideas on others, eh?
Theres a WoW Slash command that express just what i feel when i read these - /sigh
Saying "It's just a theory" is as silly as saying "It's just an iron-clad fact".
Darwin dates? I thought he worked with finches...
You do realize that it doesn't matter what Darwin said or did any more, as the Fact* of Evolution has evolved so much since his day, that he probably wouldn't recognize it any more. It has been proven time and time again to be correct, with work done by scientists all over the world.
The good thing about science is that it's true whether you believe it or not.
Sorry Zapem, we're not the ones forcing things on you; Reality is.
* Well, if you use layman's language, I can too.
Confused?
So were we! You can find all of this, and more, on Fundies Say the Darndest Things!
