The thing is, our God is a just God, one that cannot allow sin. The people he destroyed in the flood were Murderers, Rapists, Scoffers, and many others. That world was destroyed because of their disobedience to God, and this one will soon end as well, because of the state of it.
Before you decide to call my God a killer, why don't you consider that you wouldn't even exist if it weren't for him.

By this logic it would be better if I murdered one of my own children for a trivial reason, say talking back, than if I killed a stranger. Sure, works for me. Goodbye Bob.

The reason god doesn't just prevent evil is cause he doesn't want us to be mindless puppets, he gives us all free will. And us, in our sinful nature , make wrong disions for selfish ambitions and do stupid stuff.

Jesus Christ is not physical, he lives in angelic plane. Angels most often communicate by manipulating believers' imaginations. That statement cannot be disproved.

Fixed it for you from my own new age/pagan beliefs. The problem with this site is that many of the commenters are textbook cases of pots calling kettles black. Too many quotes here are people making fun of actual peaceful Christians.
