["Why won't God heal amputees?"]
People lose their arms because God is allowing us to feel the full consequences of sin (pain, death, suffering) so we understand the seriousness of it, so we can repent from it and come to saving faith in Jesus Christ. That is why God is not healing everyone all the time; it would be supporting our sin, rather than judging it, and showing us the need to repent from it. We will all die one day because our bodies have sinned, and all that matters is this; have you repented and received forgiveness

You have to admit, these guys have it all pretty much worked out.
You get sick - God's will
You get injured - God's will
You recover - God's will
You die - God's will
But the best bit is,,,, all this 'god's will' is because YOU were the sinner! God made you what you are, but will curse you for eternity for what you are.
I think I'll just laugh at it all, I mean, it IS supposed to be a joke, isn't it?
Like how that one girl blasphemed God and He gave her a dead Siamese twin and lots of obnoxious fundies who thought she was Shiva or someshit.
No, wait... Born that way.
HMM.
The brilliant point, in all its sparkling beauty, flies miles over yet another fundie's head:(.
VenomFangX's brain was amputated.
No shit?
Oh, this guy again.
Frankly, if guy can't afford some poor yutz in Iraq a little leeway under whatever day-to-day sins he commits under stress, it's an unrealistic, overly rigid evaluation he's using.
That, and there'd be a weird correlation between the Armed Forces, which I like to think are comprised of more honorable people than average, and amputation. So what's their sin, exactly that so many more soldiers lose limbs than the sinner on the street?
I wonder why God hasn't allowed atheists like Dawkins, Hutchins, Gates, Myers and so forth to "feel the full consequences of sin" by losing limbs. Seems it's mostly random theists who are in war zones or accidents, as if it were a natural result of bodily trauma.
If God removed a limb with a well-placed lightning strike just as someone states his non-belief it might make an impression.
I think they use word "sin" so often, because that word mean whatever they want it to. It doesn't matter who "sinned", what the "sin" was, or whether the "sin" truly justifies the supposed punishment to any rational human being, they just toss undefined "sin" out and pretend that it explains something, when it means anything from "personal misdeeds" to "collective misdeeds" to "being born".
Also, God likes to see us squirm over doing things that he made as biological and social imperatives for us, doesn't he? What a nice little imaginary construct.

God: the answer to everything, that explains fucking nothing.
The old reliable "God gets all the credit--but NONE of the blame!" argument.
Sadistic bastard, this God of yours....
So you walk around screaming SINNER! at the handicapped? How nice of you.
So what if the person repents for going to Iraq to fight the godless heathens (not sure how that's a sin). Goes to a church with a record of healing people and prays night and day. Why then do his legs not grow back?
That's very inconsistent with the Jesus depicted in the Bible. He walked around healing left and right without once asking people to ask him for forgiveness and without regard to any prior sin.
If you're going to argue with beliefs from the Bible, at least be consistent with it.
So if a Good Fundie X gets their right arm annihilated in a freak collision with a bus full of gay people on their way to picnic, and God doesn't heal the Good Fundie's soon-to-be-amputated arm, *ever*... IT'S A SIGN and the Good Fundie X should now work vehemently to end the scourge of gay picnics.
And while the actual details of this scenario are slightly different for each amputee, the LOGIC isn't. Stay strong in faith!
This guy must be trying for the stupidest person on the internet award.
Anyway, so why does god "heal" the other illnesses that have the capacity to self-resolve?
My mother, who has lived with physical disability all her life, would like a word with you.
I'll be back in an hour or so to drive her home. You'd best notify your next-of-kin, if you have any still speaking to you.
wait, so god causes peoples arms to be amputated so they can understand the seriousness of their sins and repent? Why then do their sins have absolutly no relation to the cause of their injuries. You dont see people geting their arms choped off in the act of homosexual love making. No ones arms fall off from playing violent video games. If God is trying to send a message about sin, by amputating lims, he's doing a really bad job at it.
BULLSHIT, fucktard! I hope you lose all your limbs to something ghastly like meningitis or terrorism, and then see if Jesus will help you. I doubt he will, because of the hatred you promote against non-fundies.
God cured someone's asthma. I saw it on TV. Right before they asked for $10.

Now onto the actual point....
People will credit god for miracles, all of which cant be proved to have been a result of god, like somebody's cancer going away. So why wont god perform miracles that couldnt happen normally, like regrowing a limb.
Confused?
