The self-serving judiciary is the problem. It continuously overrules the will of the citizens ultimately creating an environment of moral apathy. And its primary target was/is the family facilitating the killing of nascent life and the destruction of marriage.

"A judiciary that doesn't do things MY way is evil", part forty'leven. Yes we know, your way is the only way, blah-di-blah-blah. Guess what, Gene? You don't really HAVE TO have an abortion or marry another man. It's not required. It's optional. That way, you get to do what you want to do, and other people are free to make different decisions if they choose.
I know, I know, that's a really hard concept for your poor little thinky-machine. It's hard to remember that there are other people in the world, and they don't all think the way that you do. It's really difficult, especially if you've been raised in a tight-assed little Christian community. But the world is larger than your experience of it.
I find that the "you don't have to if you don't want to, let other people make their own decisions" argument holds little to no sway with those who believe that they're going to hell if they don't try their best to coerce others away from sinning, or those who insist on insuring that Satan gets as few souls as possible out of the goodness of their hearts.
Kitzmiller vs. Dover.
Presided over - then decided - by Judge John E. Jones III.
He was personally appointed to the Federal bench by Conservative Christian George Dumbya Bush.
Who voted in Dumbya, twice ? Conservative Christians just like you.
Judge Jones is a Conservative Christian . Just. Like. You .
So you only get the judiciary you deserve. Ergo, Justice is seen to be done. But hey, if it's not the 'Justice' you want, then tough titty: go live in the Theocratic Sharia -based Saudi Arabia if you don't like how we do things here in the secular West. The judiciary in the US serves the will of the US Constitution: Why do you hate Freedom ? Democratic government based on Rule of Law: Love it, or Leave it.
So what was stopping you lot from voting for Al Gore...?!
"The self-serving judiciary is the problem. It continuously overrules the will of the citizens."
And here I thought that it was the elected branch's job to carry out the will of the citizens, while the judiciary's was to make rulings.
Confused?
