I would just like to say that Hitler never orderd the exacution of the Jews. That was his henchmens ideas. HItlers antisemitic policies were as a result of the antisemitic nature of Germany at the time. Hitler wanted power, the German people disliked the Jews (for whatever reasons ie "stealing jobs") SO hitler just gav ethe people what they wanted. It was the people whio felt betrayed by the Treaty at Versile. Its was the people who wanted war. Hitler just wanted power. SO he saw the people asking for a certain leader and he adapted himself to be that leader. Hitlers master plans for wiping out the jews are ficticious. History is written by those who won the war. In actual fact there is evidence that HItler didnt know about the concentraion camps until after the extermination had begun. Its scary to know how little power he had over his cabinet and little cronies.

In-bred, uneducated, uninformed, bible-thumping nazi-sympathizer? What's not to like? SHEESH! If this guy is for real then clearly someone is in danger.
If it were a current submission, I would nominate this one for an Ostrich Award!
I have seen, in documentaries, the documents that indicate (often by his own signature) Hitler's full awareness of and even enthusiasm for the concentration camp program. I have similarly seen passages in Mein Kampf (written before Hitler actually came to power) in which he talks about his genocidal plans.
So stuff your head into the sand all you like, "dr." beagle; you cannot change the fact that Hitler was every bit as evil as history paints him.

Right, they just happened to come up with the exact idea he had written fifteen years earlier in Mein Kampf ... and I'm the fucking Pope.

That may be why they allowed Hitler to come to power ... but it does not change Hitler's culpability for the Holocaust.
Look, Hitler was a demagogue, plain and simple. He saw that Germany was bitter and broken over the Treaty of Versailles and he used every inch of resentment to his advantage.
And I absolutely hate it when people try to justify the racism of others by saying "those were the times." Yes, well, public hangings were condoned during the Middle Ages. Does that make them right? Does that make the people who enjoyed them moral? Slavery was once considered an acceptable practice, as was segregation. Does that mean that the KKK wasn't a group of hateful, inhuman monsters because lynchings were in style?
Hitler was a monster. Get over it.
This is probably RSTDT, but either way:
1) You're defending Hitler. Red flag.
2) You're still acknowledging all the awful things he and his underlings did. What are you saying, exactly, "Nazis suck but Hitler was an alright dude"?
3) Hitler was all over the extermination. Yes, Germany was full of anti-Semites, but he clearly signed off on this stuff. I mean...he clearly stated his plan before he even took power.
Read "Mein Kampf" lately? Even in an English translation, it is a very detailed plan for the extermination of all sorts of groups of people. Hitler had a view of perfection and the energy to see it become Germany. He had a lot of help, too. He knew quite a bit about the camps--his officers kept records that are public and being examined worldwide. He was an inspirational leader and helped others to achieve evil.
Ok, making up History is bad, attempting to rehabilitate the reputation of one of the twentieth centuries major assholes is also bad. But how is this fundie ? By making Adolf seem an incompetent leader and blaming the Holocaust on other members of the regime, he is not even a Nazi fundamentalist.
Actually, Hitler didn't sign documents relating to the holocaust. Forced labour camps? Maybe...
Himmler, on the other hand, knew full well about it.
Still, Hitler made anti-semitism part of his agenda... and I doubt he was unaware of the holocaust...
That spelling... The grammar- or lack thereof... It ANGERS MEEEE...
Can't... Read... The bullshit.... Too... Distracted...
I'm getting the feeling that "HItler" wouldn't take too kindly to your statement. Or your total disregard for grammar.
How do you "steal jobs" in a country where you and your family have been living in for several generations?
I seriously hope English is not your first language. Otherwise people are not "stealing jobs" from you, you're simply too uneducated to get a job.
Your grasp of Nazi-era history is about as tenuous as your grasp of the English language.
Hitler knew, Hitler approved. Get over it.
It is true that there are no documents bearing Hitlers signature authorising the Holocaust, but then again, there are also no documents bearing Hitlers signature authorising the invasion of Poland either.
What evidence there is, certainly points to Adolf knowing full well about the Holocaust.
Wellll, I agree with this joker as far as "the holocaust wasn't entirely Hitler's fault, there were other people who were also involved." After that, though, he kinda goes way off the rails.
These were the general ideas spelled out in Hitler's diaries.
You had heard that those were forgeries, hadn't you dr.beagle?
To be fair, there is no proof that Hitler gave the order for the Holocaust. He was conspicuously absent from the Wiemar Conference where it was decided upon (the minutes for which survived and were turned into a film). That said, it is absurd to suggest that he didn't know about it.
Confused?
