I'm not opposed to this. Physical and mental defects would be screened first for my child. I don't care what color their eyes and hair are, but if I could ensure s/he looks good, that would go a long way in making him/her happy. Yes I would also screen for homosexuality, and take measures to prevent it. Please don't call me a homophobe, but I would prefer my child not be homosexual. Or deaf. Or have any kind of poor/nonexistant senses.
It would take a lot of worry away from parents if they could be sure that their child can have a good start in life. I'm all for it.

Have you ever considered that you might be taken more seriously if you were to:
1) not model your name after a well known troll
2) not use all caps
3) actually give reasons for reading your holy book, beyond stuff like "You will go to hell if you don't" which is an incredibly ineffective threat if the target audience don't already believe in hell.
4) tried to work it into the context of the post you're commenting on, rather than just cutting/pasting. People appreciate effort, if nothing else.

And, no, just no. I have read a lot of the Bible, don't care to ever read it again. Reading the Bible is, in fact, what made me think that your religion is fiction. So I would recommend not telling people to read the Bible, lest you want more people to leave your religion, possibly in droves.

Now if science came up with a method to screen it out would they be for it or against it? Since being for it would acknowledge that people are born gay.

I think this is kind of meh. I mean, I hope they grow up to be straight partially because I would like to see grandchildren some day and partially because I don't want them to suffer from homophobia persecution. Of course I'll still love them no matter what, and I have no problem whatsoever with gay people. I don't think it's necessarily homophobic to want your children to grow up straight, at least without seeing any homophobic comments.
But somehow the idea of choosing genes to produce perfect is just creepy.

I'm hard of hearing because they gave me drugs soon after I was born. I asked my dad about it years later and he told me he had rather me be deaf than dead. Deafness comes from many sources. So your 'screening' might not even work.
