The idea that human evolution has stopped is nonsense. When survival isn't a factor, evolution is driven by reproduction rates. And since culture actually shapes the most important aspects of our environment, it is culture that drives evolution with different cultures driving human evolution in different directions. Modern liberal feminist culture causes people to evolve towards being evil morons. Monogamous cultures with enough scarcity of resources to make survival an issue tend to evolve towards intelligence and morality. I wrote in detail about these topics here:

Um... Survival is what evolution is all about. Adapt to environment to survive. Reproduction comes in because the offspring will have the genes and pass it on as well as other means to adapt and survive

Human evolution has probably stopped, at least for the moment. There is so much travel and intermarrying that the opportunities for human population isolation are few and far between. Of course, once we get bombed back to the Stone Age, that might change.

Now as per evolution, the reason I said it is true we haven't stopped is that organisms, humans included, still adapt. Granted you have a point in humans being stagnant but, while others might disagree, I would argue that is due to us forcing environment to adapt to us
