We don't except God because the illusion of the world and mankind will not allow us. Only by reading and hearing about God's word will you understand everything. Saying that religious people are plain and don't think outside of the box is certainly untrue.
"Faith is embedded in hope and is the predecessor to sight. It envisions the impossible and accepts the incredible."
That statement proves that not only do we think outside of box, we think outside of the illusional world of ours to seek the truth. We do not belive that our minds, hearts, bodies and souls were simply accents. When we feel pain in our chest, that doesn't come from the brain. It comes from the heart, where the soul rests. When you get feelings inside, your head doesn't hurt. Your heart and soul feel those things, not your brain.
So saying we are ignorant to reality is really crap. We are taking reality and moving it aside to see the truth of the universe and all it's beauty, because I don't belive everything on this beautiful earth was accidental.

No, plenty of people, Christians, atheists and others, have read and heard the words of your Bible, yet not one person ever has understood everything.
"Saying that religious people are plain and don't think outside of the box is certainly untrue."
That's not what I say. I say, religious people are often simple. Often their problem isn't not thinking outside the box as much it is not being able to distinguish where the boundaries of the box are.
"Faith is embedded in hope and is the predecessor to sight."
No. Faith is belief in a thing or assertion in the absence of evidence supporting that position. Faith is often the ability of one's mind to ignore facts in favor of a more pleasant fantasy.
"It envisions the impossible and accepts the incredible."
Those afflicted with faith DO envision the impossible and accept the incredible. That is NOT a good thing, DT. It is a path that will lead you deeper into ignorance and stupidity.
"That statement proves that not only do we think outside of box, we think outside of the illusional world of ours to seek the truth."
First, your statement doesn't prove anything.
Second, ignoring facts is not "thinking outside the box," it is simply very poor thinking.
Third, you admit that you live in an illusion and that you need to get out of it to see the truth. Exactly! Ditch that Christian illusion and come join the rational people in the real world.
"We do not belive that our minds, hearts, bodies and souls were simply accents."
Huh? I recognized the words as English, but they don't make sense when strung together like that.
"When we feel pain in our chest, that doesn't come from the brain. It comes from the heart, where the soul rests."
Do you also believe, as the Bible teaches, that your conscience is in your kidneys? This is the 21st century. We know that all emotion is a product of the brain. Try to keep up.
"When you get feelings inside, your head doesn't hurt. Your heart and soul feel those things, not your brain."
Still not getting it, eh?
You have not yet shown that a soul exists.
"So saying we are ignorant to reality is really crap."
You are ignorant OF reality and your assertions ARE crap.
"We are taking reality and moving it aside to see the truth of the universe and all it's beauty,"
One cannot simply move reality aside. Reality is what is real. To ignore what is real isn't a pathway to truth, it is the pathway to ignorance and delusion.
I see and accept that there are many beautiful things in the universe, real things. I am not missing them because I don't exist in a cloud of delusion.
"because I don't belive everything on this beautiful earth was accidental."
Nor do I. There is nothing accidental about natural selection.
I had just waded through you're truly ignorant posts before this one, and was thinking, "Oh no, not more ignorant crap" only to find it was speculation instead of denying reality.
Dude - you are ignorant to reality. Stop brushing reality aside to invent fiction.
As for the heart thing - your body produces chemicals as reactions to external or internal stimuli. An example of which is here.

What's next, the motion of clenching my fingers into a fist and repeatedly propelling it at a high velocity into your face doesn't come from my brain either, proving my fists have fury? (Sorry Bruce)
"Faith ... envisions the impossible and accepts the incredible."
"We are taking reality and moving it aside to see the truth..."
I seem to recall that artists build castles in the air, psychotics live in them, and psychiatrists collect the rent.

Thinking outside the box is normally a good thing, especially if the obvious answers don't fit. Unfortunately for you the scientific field has shown how many things are, and how much of the bible is not. So when you 'think' outside the box you are denying that the box has any answers. WRONG.
If the heart held the soul and my uncle gets a new one, does he get a new soul, his old soul back, or just an empty off of a corpse?
I don't believe everying on this beautiful earth is accidental either, I think you are purposely going out of the way to deny reality.
Well, we accept, not "except" God, when we do our duty, that is, helping others and doing life better. Preaching nonsenses is useless.
So saying we are ignorant to reality is really crap. We are taking reality and moving it aside...
Ah, so you know what's real, you simply choose to deny it.
That statement proves that not only do we think outside of box...
Think outside the box??! Dude, you ARE the box!
Faith is embedded in hope and is the predecessor to sight.
No, faith is hope taken to the level of delusion; a fantasy that is perceived as a reality.
Confused?
