Do some research on DNA. You'll see how wrong you are, and that even christians were closer to the truth than you are. DNA is discovered to be some sort of radio antenna which resonates with energy from all over the universe. We are created by the universe. Even our genes are shaped by the universe. The problem with science is people like you who refuse to accept that it's only incomplete theories and that the search of science is not finished yet. This stubborness is what holds science back.

Wait...what? DNA is not a supernatural equivalent radio receiver (at least as far as we know). Our genes are shaped entirely by internally contained natural processes, and those genes facilitate the construction of our bodies pretty much by themselves.
The problem with science is people like you who refuse to accept that the search of science, though not complete, has increased by leaps and bounds, and provides us with a still impressive knowledge of our reality. The stubborness of the religious unwilling to admit this is what holds us back.
"This stubborness is what holds science back."
Yes, our inability to accept unfounded batshit insane word-salad ideas is what is holding us back.
You read my mind so well, I think I'm going to need to double-layer my tinfoil hat.
I see Sandy Pines got its internet connection back!
Though, fundie how? And the screen name is slightly conspicuous.
"Resonates with energy from the universe"
How about you tell which particle(s) it resonates with, and the frequency it vibrates at.
Do some research on DNA.
No, you.

Citation or burn in hell for lying.
We are created by the universe. Even our genes are shaped by the universe.
Yes, through abiogenesis and then organic evolution.

I thought insisting that a book is 100% true is subborness and keeping on finding out more about reality is the opposite.
Okay, I know I skipped that lecture in Biology last semester where we discussed DNA, but I'm pretty sure that's really, really wrong.

Did you hear that sound? It was the sound of my jaw hitting the floor. Seriously, where do these people get this 'information' from?
Probably AiG, I suppose.
In bbblolol's defense, author Jeremy Narby does argue something along these lines (DNA as a kind of antenna) in his book 'The Cosmic Serpent', but the rest is utter bunk. In other words,

Well, wrong board, but other than that.
It's a whole bunch of Crazy. I think I'm spending too much time here, I had to go hang out in the Biology wing at the local University today, just to fill my head with some rationality.
My pet conspiracy theorist“ has sprouted the same drivel some months ago IRL.
When I remarked that this had to be true for all DNA molecules in all living things on Earth and asked what these billions and billions and billions etc. antennas would be receiving he simply changed the subject
"DNA is discovered to be some sort of radio antenna which resonates with energy from all over the universe."
Ah, it all makes sense now. But I have to ask, does DNA transmit in AM or FM?
Confused?
So were we! You can find all of this, and more, on Fundies Say the Darndest Things!
