You are wrong. Computer took long time and many people for invention. It's another product of Western Christendom. Christians invented the written English language and electricity anyway. Westerners were normal until the 80's. Something went horribly wrong towards the end of the last century. Kids rot in a rich family.

And whatever operating system you're using was designed by an atheist. Windows, Mac, Linux... Bill Gates, Steve Jobs, and Linus Torvalds are/were atheists.

So did the car. But credit doesn't go to every caveman and peasant that ever carved a wheel or rigged a cart. It goes to the guy who put the pieces together into something useful. And nobody "invented" English or electricity. English is a language evolved over time from a number of older European languages, the speakers of which were all PAGAN , and electricity is a natural phenomenon. Or do you think we invented the fucking weather, too?

The English language was based on Anglo-Saxon languages spoken by pagans, injected with Latin and French (which admittedly were spoken by Christians). Ancient Greeks were already aware of the existence of electricity (in fact, the word "electricity" comes from the Greek "electron", which means "amber" and refers to how amber stones can be used to generate static electricity).

Turing did important work, and we owe a lot to his efforts, but he wasn't particularly uniquely equipped to contribute what he did. some of his most important and influential work was in theory of computability, what with the Turing Machine, and if he hadn't been there to do that --- there would have been Alonzo Church, with his Lambda Calculus. and others, too.

How can anyone use that sub-Windows 1.1 crap?! A UI that went out with Win. 3.1, absolutely no third party software support*, and good luck with modern devices; at least it was possible to connect USB devices via Windows 95: the later edition.
*- TempleOS has to be the only platform that "DOOM" & "Quake" haven't been ported to; even emulated.
@Anon-e-moose : also, it has no native network support and only one audio voice. And it's apparently limited to 640X480 and 16 colors. But it DOES have lots of Bible verses built in, and apparently has a program called AfterEgypt, which lets you communicate directly with God via a built-in oracle!
I wonder if God has told Terry Davis to add USB 1.1 support yet.
