How about animals that actually communicate with people, in a real, conversational way? Nope, don't see that now.
Our new bodies, like Jesus had after the ressurection will be immortal, and composed not just of flesh, by any stretch of the imagination. We will be imortal, indestructable, and not even need to sleep or eat, though we can eat, and rest if we like. We will be better than supermen and women.
Ever wonder why those that see Jesus in visions, or dreams, or after death experiences, where they come back do not see Him as some old geyser? We don't age in heaven, as we do here, but can level off at the desired age.
WE don't have mere PO bodies there, but bodies no material on earth could harm at all. Forget falling off a cliff. Maybe Adam was like we will be in heaven, and could fly!!! Why not, before the fall? We will fly in the future.
Your mistake is the classic one, trying to artificially impose present reality, and temporary state laws of physical only where they could never belong!!! That is just how wonderful it is!
