The "circular reasoning" argument is absurd. That's like saying you can't prove that the President lives in the White House by looking into the White House. It is looking into the White House that will provide the necessary proof. The fulfilled prophecies, the amazing consistency, and the many scientific statements of the Bible prove it to be the Word of God. They provide evidence that it is supernatural in origin. No. It's like saying that the White House exists because the President lives there, and that the President exists because, well, what else would the White House be needed for?

You can't even prove that the other side of the White House is white. Unless you do a walk around, you just assume it's the same color as the front.
Besides the President lives in the Residence (as any West Wing fan knows). The rest of the White House hold offices and such.
I stood in the White House in 2003. A whole bunch of people were looking in the windows as I stood there listening to a guide. They saw me in the White House. There are even pictures of me in the White House.
I guess that means I am the president.

Circular reasoning is like saying you know the sky is green because a text document on your computer says so, and the text document also says that it's infallible.
Well an infallible text document can't be wrong, can it?
Therefore the sky must be green and if reality disagrees, then reality is wrong!
Hmm... no, you're gathering evidence independently there, Contender. Circular reasoning is "the person in the White House is President of the US, because the person in the White House is President," or "the Bible can be trusted because it's the inerrant Word of God. It says so right here!"
Circular logic is rather something like: "I am the President of the United States, because I say I am the President of the United States! How dare you to disbelieve the word of the President of the United States!"
Your beloved Bible works with exactly the same circular logic, and to prove the alleged "truth" of your bible this way is therefore as invalid as my "proof" that I am allegedly the president of the US.
