I tried two goes at watching it. First tiem i got so annoyed with the peppered moth and having just read about it the other day, I went to look up info on it and found that, sure enough, it was misconstruing of quotes.
Some neat info on the subject, for those interested:

As for other things, I liked how they also started cherry picking the Bible and hten claming its special on some of its ascertations as to the shape of the universe and such.
For example,t hey bring up the term "innumerous stars" or soemthing ot that effect, claming scientists in Gallalea's day wre the ones denying him. No mentiont hat it was Bible-thumpers (ie, the Inquisition), who made the works of those like Galleo and Capurnicus earlier have such cruddy tiems gettin ghtier theories out. Because angels polished the crystal spheres, remember.
They also misconstrue the Columbus thing. While we were often told when we were kids that folks thought the world was flat in the 15th Century, in reality, most anyone of any education (ie, anyone paying Columbus to sail Westward) would of known the world was round from stuff dating back all the way to the Greeks and Romans. Most peole were just afraid there was no land out htere and he'd just die int he middle of the huge ocean.
The Bible is also just plainw rong in many of its ascertations of the way the universe workds, be it that Pi is 3, bats are birds, bugs only have four legs, or that the moon is its own light source.
Additionally, I find it obnoxious they would go and declare that the Bible is totally historically accurate myself. If one were, for example, to look at the size of David's kingdom as described int eh Bible, one wonders why there isnt' much evidence of it historically? SOmething like that is an emprie comparable to Darius or various Chinese kings, yet its hard to track down much on the line save through circumstantial evedince. From myr eadings, we know more about anciant Sudanese Nubia then we know anything about Davdi's kingdom.
I sorta stopped after the "Bible shows scientific facts" thing though. I'm not patient enough for more Bible quotes that pretty much boil down to "Don't htink about it, the Bible says everything you need to know" and "You get smited when you ginroe prior post."
Blah. Enough rantings from me fer now I guess.
And stuff.
Confused?
