First off, I don't think I know anyone who would describe a scientific theory as 'preaching' anything (we leave that up to you lot). Second; what do you have in its place? A magic book of fairy stories that continually contradicts itself.

-Darwinian evolution is both a fact and a theory. Fact- animals and plants' allelic frequencies change over time. Theory- explains how changes happen and all diversity of life on Earth.

-The "Cambrian Explosion" happened over ~5-10 million years, and was merely a period of rapid evolutionary change, no problem for the theory. Oh, and when referring to scientific theories, don't use the word "preach". You sound like a cunt.
