That would be argument from consequences. That’s a logical fallacy.
That’s when YOU guys won’t accept an age of the Earth precisely because you hold your bible dear.

We, on the other hand, reject your superstition-based number of 6000 because ALL of the evidence leads to a much, much bigger number. ANd we’re willing to share the evidence with you. And give you a chance to criticize the conclusions, preferably with something more compelling than, “Nuh-UH!”
If you could show, for example, the mechanism by which twenty MILLION (apparently annual) layers of river mud could accumulate in six thousand years, that might give us pause.
Hovind swears that they’re actually bi-annual layers, but that only cuts it down to 10 million years, and he offered no evidence of the claim.
