I'm not going to comment on the fact that Hitler actually claimed to be a christian - any one with googling capability can confirm that quite easily. BUT, I have to note another occurrence of that wandering question mark, which has recently appeared with increasing frequency in fundy quotes. Any ideas as to what that's all about?

Hitler was a vegetarian later in life because his doctor told him to. He was as "Devout" a vegetarian as I am "Devoutly" against arsenic. If it wouldn't kill me I'd savor the almondy taste.

Hitler "fit right in with the liberals..?" Are you high? OK, I'll give you the pagan obsession with mysticism and the vegetarian thing, most liberals wouldn't have a problem with either of those, but we tend to frown on genocidal extermination of minorities, wholesale slaughter of innocents, horrific and cruel medical experimentation, nationalistic jingoistic warmongering, and the whole eugenic master race crap.
I know Hitler was far from a mainstream or even remotely traditional Christian, but why do the fundies keep insisting that one of the worst facist dictators of the last thousand years was a liberal? Hitler, Stalin, and Mao are about as far from American liberalism as you can get.
@ Jezebel - sometimes it's just a translation error in coding. For instance, if I type a schwa, it would come out as a question mark. It's still fun to mock, though.
To clear up the whole Hitler was a Vegetarian thing, his chef's records survive, and indicate that his favorite foods were sausages and capon.
His doctors had advised a vegetarian diet to minimize his problematic flatulence, but apparently he wasn't so good about following it.

You know... even if they manage to get the History Books changed so that Hitler wasn't a Christian, they've not solved anything.
Consider that almost all the population of Germany at that time was Christian, and that almost all the killings done by the Nazis were done by ordinary Germans, then you've got the problem of having the vast majority of the killings being done by Christians...
