The decision in favour of the plaintiffs was made by Judge John E. Jones III (himself a Christian). Appointed to the Federal Court bench by President George Dumbya Bush. Who himself is a proponent of Creationism/'Intelligent Design'.

Who appointed a fellow Conservative & Christian as a judge? Who then presided over Kitzmiller vs. Dover? Who then made his decision in favour of the plaintiffs? Which said case set a precedent? Thus made teaching 'ID/Creationism illegal in US educational establishments, hmmmmmm?
