Sin and something being wrong is not the same thing. Sin has a religious implication behind it; that it is wrong because it offends God. Something just being wrong by itself means that it's wrong because it is morally unacceptable.
Like coveting your neighbours ox. Against the 10 commandments but is it morally wrong outside of that? If someone is envious of my ox I don't care, it doesn't matter as it doesn't hurt me or anyone else. As long as he doesnt act on his envy by killing me and taking my ox. Even then, it would be the murder and theft that was wrong, not the envy itself.

You are a retard. Murder is probably the only "sin" that is objectively immoral (but it is justified within your religion, regardless...). The rest of them (lying, adultery, working on Sunday, eating shellfish, having sex only in an arbitrary and specific fashion) are context specific or completely irrelevant to morality and can be disregarded as such.
All morality does boil down to perception. Still most people (including myself) don't want to be murdered so I am against murder regardless of whether it's moral or immoral.
But homosexuality doesn't impose anything on anyone so worrying about that is illogical.

I'm so sick of the "homosexuality is just wrong like murder is just wrong" argument, specifically because everyone using it never tells us WHY homosexuality is wrong.
The reason being? They can't. Because unlike murder, love harms no one . It takes some good bit of arrogance to go around claiming the types of love they don't quite like are as bad as murder.

Evil is real(there happens to be a lot of it in the Old Testament), but "sin", much like "eternal damnation", is just a false dogma designed to enslave people's minds.
Sin is one way of thinking of things that are wrong, and it is a term with a lot of religious baggage and a shit-ton of stupid involved. Murder is wrong from perspectives other than the one where it metaphysically marks you as an evil-doer in the same way that working on the Sabbath may and will damn you to an eternal roasting unless you beg for divine forgiveness. Be less idiotic, please.

No such thing as sin, yes. In secular society we talk about laws, and common sense. Murder is against the law and against common decency.
