There is nothing in the legal marriage contract that says that the woman has to put out anytime her husband wants. Or the man put out for the woman for that matter, although that's not as much of an issue usually.

Hey dad, take a look around you, at the men who don't treat their wives like property or slaves-have you noticed something about those guys? Like maybe most of their wives are still with them? That they're not only usually happier in their marriages, but often more productive at work, or having a better time when out with their friends, because they're not calling or texting their wives every 5 minutes to make sure they still have her under their thumb.
Also women who feel loved and respected, and who's husbands give them some space to be their own person don't often feel the need to "deny" their man, unless they're too tired or don't feel well.

I think he's actually going beyond saying that if a man finds another woman it's not adultery, but if a woman finds another man it is adultery. I'm fairly sure he's saying that if a man finds another woman (or man?) because his wife isn't putting out whenever he wants it that THE WIFE IS COMMITTING ADULTERY. So it's not adultery if he leaves her for not having sex with him, but if she even got into another relationship after he had left her for not putting out when she doesn't want to, that would be cheating on the man who left her (thus the "unless she was [celibate] for the rest of her life").

Sex is not a favour or a duty. If she denies sex to her husband, she is not responsible for his sexual behaviour, because is something which is decided between two people. It's like saying that a teacher who didn't grant you an A in maths is to blame for your current unemployment because with better marks you would get a better job.

To my understanding, if you reduce marriage to a contract, divorce, that is, RESILIATION OF THE CONTRACT, should be the next logical step. And by the way, sex is not a favour so the rupture of the contract, even from a legal point of view, is not effective. Go to the law school for a while.
