MS: If you want a good counter argument to Tripoli: 1783 Treaty of Paris works just fine. Of course the argument against any treaties thrown into an argument about the foundation of the US is: treaties are middle ground documents made to establish good relations. Treaties are not constitutions. The Constitution is not a Christian document nor is it based on Christianity.
