I, as a business owner, would never hire an Autist beyond the responsibility of manual labor (even then, under intense supervision).

I'd rather hire a person with autism for paper-work than for manual labor. Or rather check with the person what he or she is most comfortable with.
How do you propose "these people" be able to earn a living? Will your tax-money pay for their upkeep?

I don't suppose it ever occurred to him that by advertising his...unwise business/hiring practices, he's opening himself up for legal trouble? Seems like a rather stupid business decision to me. I'll ignore the fact that autistic people wouldn't want to work for or with this douchebag anyway.

I think there is a far more debilitated and damaging group of people out there in society, who have been tolerated to far to great a degree: the assholes.
Did you know that virtually every unjust war and violent crime in history has been perpetrated by an asshole? Hitler was an asshole. Pol Pot was an asshole.
Virtually all serial killers and rapists have been assholes. Assholes also make terrible coworkers. An asshole manager is insufferable. An asshole as head of state, unthinkable.
And yet, assholes are quite possibly the most powerful voting block in the United States today, and having places one of their own in the White House are wasting no time making life miserable to harmless and useful demographics such as immigrants, religious minorities, and people with ASDs.
Are you offended, Ghost, when I suggest that assholes are a more serious problem than aspies?

@ Pharaoh- I can't tell if you're pissy or not, but that was just pointing out what an asshat that other ghost is, by capitalizing his made up word of autist. "Autist" sounds like someone who plays an Aut, like flutist & flutes, or practices the little known religion of Aut, making them an autist.
