"Didn't God supposedly make us speak different languages after the Tower of Babel stuff because he was worried we'd become too powerful?
I mean, I think that if God's weakness is stronger than our strength, he'd have not bothered."
The International Space Station. International, as in many countries' contributions to it's construction/crewing of such. Imternational. As in different nationalities & language-speakers.
Infinitely higher than even the Burj Khalifa today, never mind the 'Tower' of Babel of antiquity.
It's still there.
I think the fundies' so-called 'God' hasn't bothered with that in space, because of what's on Earth - literally - at sea level. All those modern-day Iron Chariots - Tanks - are the reason why he daren't bother with those who are now superior to the 'Creator'.
Not seeing any proof to the contrary, fundies. I mean, the ISS is still up there. We've become too powerful for your 'God's own good, that I reckon he's abandoned us, never mind being bothered with us.
Many of the Founding Fathers were 'Deists' after all. A being who may have created us, but then subsequently ignored us. As a Transcendent being would. [/The 'Sentinels' in "2001: A Space Odyssey"/"2010"]
How's that concept grab ya, eh fundies...? >:D
