While blacks do have a genetic problem with civilization, their chances in the social order can be improved if they drummed through a ‘fascist’ system. If government is so bad for blacks, why have blacks done better in the military than in other institutions? Order and discipline.

So, what should really be offered to blacks is the ‘fascist path to freedom’. Paradoxical but true.

In America the military is the only employment sector that opens their arms fully to embrace them or even actively seek them out as cannon fodder for their low self-esteem, financial desperation, and willingness to risk everything for a chance to improve their lives. Military recuiters make a note that middle-to-upper-class whites are extremely unlikely to be receptive to recruitment efforts and the further up the financial food chain you get the more valuable your life becomes in comparison to everyone else's. So strolling the ghettos where the public schools have had their funding cut and local businesses turn their noses up at the residents is fairly productive compared to hitting the higher income suburbs where the little white kids can get loans for college much easier than an educated and well-to-do black one.

In countries that do not railroad the options of visible ethnic minorities or publicly foster suspicion and resentment towards them in thinly disguised racism you'll find far more black men working as engineers, architects, doctors, marketing consultants, and even simple store clerks with typically nothing to differentiate themselves with a randomly selected white employee if you're going by their performance and work history.

In a nutshell, Sub-Saharan Africans have done the whole civilization thing, so shut up!

Also, some of modern-day Africa is doing just fine, with full-blown cities, economic growth, technology & everything. You don't hear about it a lot but a number of African countries are growing & flourishing.
