I...ah...assume you have stats to back this up, seeing how first and foremost, 5-10% of the human population is gay. Going by that stat, if EVERY gay couple abused a child, I have serious doubts it's come even close to rivaling the number in heterosexual males. Compound that with the fact that because of shitheads like you, gay men can't adopt, or at least not without jumping through a litany of hoops, that slashes the amount of children in gay relationships considerably. Being "married," as you put it, confers a stack of legal and financial rights that are very difficult and costly to attain through other means. That's a big reason why gay men and lesbians want to get "married."
