Most people (both men and women) eventually marry, and there are many other reasons why someone might not marry besides inability to get a date (e.g. aversion (whether ideological or personal) to marriage, never finding the right partner, both partners being too shy to propose, death (own or of prospective spouse) before they could get married, etc.) Thus, I think it is safe to assume that average-looking men have chances with the ladies.
And what about the anorexic walking corpses/adipose blobs/steroid ogresses/piercing addicts who make Cybermen look fleshy/old hags/whatever you would consider the most ugly woman - are their underdressed bodies tantalising as well?
