Could Junko Furuta be the reincarnation of General Shiro Ishii (Unit 731 director)?

Despite knowing about the horrible death and torture (44 days) that Junko Furuta endured as a captive before her death, and knowing that life is circular and reincarnation is governed by the laws of karma, could it be possible that Junko's past life was actually the evil General Shiro Ishii, who directed the live human experimentation on Chinese POWs during WWII in Manchuria? After Japan lost WWII, General Shiro Ishii did not actually get prosecuted, and despite his directing of the most atrocious acts of evil in human history, walked away scotch free and lived to the ripe old age of 67, coverting to Catholicism right before his death.

General Shiro Ishii died in 1959 and Junko was born in 1971, a 12 year span. Both are Japanese.

Not to take anything from the horrors of Junko's captivity and death, but if one is to believe in karma, then nothing happens by accident. Junko was unfortunate enough to the girl captured precisely because her past life karma dictated such a result. The fact that she experienced 44 days of torture means that she must have had some EXTREMELY dark karma in her past life to set up for this. The torture that she went through happens to quite match the nature of the tortures dished out to POWs by General Shiro Ishii, and the fact they their lives were 12 years apart, and both Japanese, made me make the connection.

Don't know what others might think about this theory.
