Mustaine says the flies on the album cover are directly out of the Biblical Book of Revelation (9:1-11). Notice the illuminati pyramid. The walls are stacked FEMA coffins. The song ENDGAME, on the album of the same title by MEGADETH, addresses the forming New World Order. Wake up people!
