You're failing to understand or deliberately missing the point about consent. Regardless of the person's history of sexual encounters, if the person says no or cannot say yes or no, that means no.

Here's a basic argument: you are not in charge of making the rules. Better, more intelligent people have decided that rape is equally bad if you approve or disapprove of the character of the victim.

A woman is the supreme owner of and ruler over her body. She can sleep with ten thousand men and women if she wants to, and just one non-consensual intercourse (a.k.a. rape) would still matter enormously!
Rape is rape and murder is murder. I don't have to like the victim or approve of their lifestyle choices or their actions to acknowledge that.
"The victim was promiscuous" does not excuse rape any more than "the victim was an asshole" excuses a murder. I will never understand why people like this think the victim has to be a good person in order to qualify as a victim. I have met plenty of victims of all sorts of crimes. Many of them were people I had nothing but contempt for on the personal level. It does not change that they were victims and that the people who hurt them needed to be punished.
