I've thought about this before, and IMO yes because how can you pray from Mars?

Well, Mars does have different day/year lengths than Earth, so if your religion dictates you pray on a fixed schedule there may indeed be some difficulty. I suspect that's what the OP (being a Muslim) meant.
I seriously doubt anyone too stupid to figure that one out will ever have need to.
(Just pray towards Earth, you fucking dunce.)
It's not that hard. Just devise a computer program to keep track of Earth and Mars' movements and pray in the direction of Earth. Muslims in orbit already do something like this, though it's less complicated to figure out where Mecca is from there. Of course, if you're on a planet rather than in zero-G, sometimes you'll be praying with your face flat to the ground.
This is another problem with Abrahamic religions. They claim universality but focus on remarkably parochial things: dead guy in Judea from 2,000 years ago or ancient Arabian pilgrimage site. The bigger humanity's horizons get, the smaller these "universal" religions look.

Muslims in orbit
Oh, great. Not enough to worry about all sorts of
alien invasions, now there are Space Muslims, too?
Q: Why are there no Muslims in "Star Trek"?
A: Because "Star Trek" is set in the future .
There's an extremely good reason why that joke exists.
Because when even "Babylon 5" has a main character - Susan Ivanova (later leader of the mainly Minbari Anla'Shok*) - who is Jewish , therefore...!
*- The 'Rangers' consist mainly of the Religious Caste of Minbari. You are not a 'True Seeker', Aboob .
For when - in training - those of the Religious Caste spend at least a year in studying the nature of Humour: particularly that of Earth, you could do with a funny bone transplant.
Humour is an element in Sci-Fi ("Trouble with Tribbles"/"Trials & Tribble-ations", "Galaxy Quest", "Red Dwarf", Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy").

Indonesia(a sharia country) has a space program. It is not concerned with how do you get into space and back without killing the astronaut, it's concerned with things like this. They leave the actual space technology to infidels.
Confused?
