Seriously though, I'm guessing the reality is more like,
"Why don't I look like my picture? Well, (insert sob story involving chemotherapy here) ... and I really could use a friend right now. That's a nice dress. Does it come off?"
This looks like one of those (poorly shopped) side ads you see on sites, or a spam email that states "My friend was a loser, but after using (insert crap advertised here), he's now a "player".

In Hell, there are lots of giant cauldrons eternally boiling damned souls. The majority have tightly sealed lids to prevent escapes.
Some have loose lids, because they contain the souls of people who like it hot, so if any gets out, they just throw some more wood onto the fire and get back in.
And there's one that doesn't have a lid at all, because it contains incels. And every time one of them starts climbing up the inside to get out and away, the others pull him back down.
I'm seriously curious about what happened to that black-ops guy. So far, we only know that he posted on r/amiugly, incels saw him, and took his photo as their mascot. Is he even alive? Does he even know about incels? Does he know they are using him as their mascot? Is he in a relationship? How many incels will kill themselves if it turns out he is? Would be absolutely hilarious if their entire ideology was destroyed simply by their "saviour" living a normal life.
I saw a similar "Virgin vs. Chad" image where the "Virgin" showed up to set the record straight and he seemed like a pretty cool, well-adjusted dude.
It would probably absolutely kill "incels" if they found out that Blackops2cel was like this and had a girlfriend. But, in typical "incel" fashion, they would probably recover and start with their typical bullshit about how his girlfriend is probably "cucking" him at every chance she gets with "Chad" the boogeyman or probably start making crude comments about her looks if she doesn't look like their "Stacy" strawman.
