Certain drugs "set you free" that is why it is important for mainstream America to ban them. It's mostly a plot to keep society under "control" even though it's effect has been completely opposite since most Americans do what they are told not to do anyway. Especially the youth. Furthermore, the fines and taxation on rehabilitation centers for those identified as "having problems" brings in too much money for the government. They create these dillusional "problems" then develop "cures" and profit from both completely. Kind of genius actually but in a messed up kind of way.
