Why is modern law so concerned with sex, or as i call it sessions of sensual, erotic intimacy stimulation.

but anyway back to the point...

Criminal law should be focused on harm, forcible confinement, depriving parents from their children i.e. kidnapping, the transmittance of sickness, abuse/hurt

Anything that is of pleasure, caressing, loving embraces of stimulative friction, fooling around, while smiles and laughter are abound.....

This has nothing to do with criminality!

I would agree that in the first instance that their is unhappiness, hurt,
discomfort, or force than yes intervention would be absolutely be the proper course of action, but that is already the case in anything humans/youth/the elderly do... we protect each other within society, that's just what we do...

erotic stimulus under 16yo is not "maybe", or "defiantly not", or painful, or wrong.... IT'S AN ABSOLUTE GUARANTEE! and the criminal law goes and pokes it's nose in and says NO WAY!

Sexual peak in males is 17/18 years old... That's the top! surely 10 years younger and 10 years older from the top suggests a very sexual being... That would mean 8 - 28 is high sexual needs/desires...

Therefore, given the physiological true nature of youthful males... could a case not be made that it is the Police/Justice/and the law in general that are the criminals in shaming, punishing, and barbarically imposing their will that "this pleasure" will not be tolerated?!!

Who and what does the law think they are? imposing such atrocities and shame, into the the minds of boys and young men!

No one is above the law, provided what,? ... That the law is genuine, healthy, and tolerating to basic human conditions...

if not, I suggest to you that it's not law at all but a mean spirited opportunistic, sadistic group trying to control and profit (jails for profit) while looking to psychiatrists "ON THE TAKE"
