Who, at his leaving office, had the lowest popularity rating of any previous US president (and considering the likes of Nixon, that's going some!)
Dumbya is proof of the ultimate FAIL of right-wing politics. Brought into greater contrast more recently by Sarah Failin (Go ahead, Repubicans. Nominate her for the GOP ticket next time.
