Evidence is like a pin, and fundies' minds are like balloons filled with nothing but air. That's why they do their darnedest to deny evidence and keep it away from them -- they are afraid their heads will explode.
Metaphorically speaking, of course.
This is sort of typical when arguing with people who really don't know what they're talking about. First they say "I already answered you". Then when that doesn't work, they try a version of "you're too stupid to understand my answer". Step three usually proceeds to calling the other person names and saying they're not going to reply any more.

This guy reminds me of Kevin James (the radio host, not the comedian) when he was on Hardball. Totally different topic, but the same idea: repeating talking points over and over without any actual knowledge of the facts. Seems to be an extremely common right wing trait.

Wow, this is really strict. Even fundies have been forced lately to admit such things as micro-evolution and thermodynamics.
Their utter failure to understand their implications is a different story.

If you watch TeaParty interviews you see exactly the same type of argument. No information or additional argument, just the dogmatic reaffirmation of their opinion. They fell for it under their preachers and political affiliation so they think it works with everyone.
