if it wasnt for these stupid marxist ideals, we would be living in a society like it was 500-1000 year ago. Most of us wouldve been married by now arranged by our parents and we would not be alone. There would be no stacies. Every woman would be submissive and know her place.

Do these guys every compare the economies and standards of living between woman-friendly societies and super-misogynist ones?
I'd love to have someone show these guys how the latter tend to be dirty, chaotic places where life is harsh while the former tend to be thriving, clean, modern, safer, more prosperous, etc.
What would these guys say? Would they tell that person that they are lying or would they declare that an easy, high-standard of living with little want is "decadence" and that hardship makes "strong manly men"?
HAH! The idea of parents choosing mates for their children just moved the vetting process upstream a generation. Her father would have met your father, and would have checked out your history, your social prestige, and your bank account AS WELL AS YOU. Same result: you will still be judged by somebody. Let's face it, posterity will not be kind to you. Evolution is ruthless, and unless you have a kingdom to rule, you've been weeded out.
These basement dwellers always assume they would be in the position to be the recipients of a submissive woman.
Unless they were either landowners, powerful allies of the reigning monarch or moneyed gentry they would not be "given" a wife.
I suspect they would be peasants, monks or hermits and still be incels.
Which Marxist ideals? Transferring ownership of production means to the workers? Seeing capitalism as the exploitation of the lower classes?
Most of you would be dead by now, if you lived 500-1000 years ago. Infant mortality rates where very high, as were the numbers of deadly diseases that hit even people who managed to live past five years of age. The ones who managed to survive to adult age would live with the son/daughter of a neighbor, work from sun-up to sun-down, live in a one-room hut with your eight kids, and having one birth and one funeral per year, on average. When you were too old or infirm to work, you'd be pushed from a cliff, or be quietly starved to death.
You could also have been sent to a battle-field, where superfluous young men (including the ugliest inbreds) were sent to be gotten rid of, to give the rich and powerful access to more young women. One of those clearly dead guys in the middle could have been you.

I am sure you sick scum would have loved the Witch Hunts, The rank-and-file incels could have been the minions, finally able to live out their petty and cruel revenge against those who dared to be not as miserable as them, while the fanatics like caamib and Lookismisreal would have become the witchhunters themselves - the Malleus Malificarum itself being filled with virulent sexual repression and bizarre sexual fantasies.
