SETI, I'm on the fence about. I would love to know if there's intelligent life out there, but...meh. Supercolliders could revolutionize transportation as we know it. Several NASA projects allow us to track weather patterns and have made life MUCH easier for us.

Basically if I don't believe it, scientists should be spending their time ignoring it, or working to tear it apart. Evidence is evidence.
