It's time to hit them where it hurts the most a Federal Constitution Amendment that bans sodomy, ANY State or federal recognition of homosexual "pairing," banning homosexuals from adopting or raising children, banning corporate recognition of homosexual pairing, and banning homosexual propaganda.

Yep, because a Constitutional amendment would settle the issue once and for all (*cough* Prohibition *cough*).
Not that, if 2/3 of Congress somehow voted for a ban on homosexuality, it wouldn't be an unmitigated disaster. (As others point out, an amendment trumps Supreme Court rulings, e.g. the 16th.) Most likely a decade or more of unjust imprisonment, random violence, needless deaths, and social upheaval would ensue. The only winners would be criminal organizations that use "gay clubs" to finance their other enterprises. Then Congress would amend the constitution AGAIN to nullify that amendment, simply to make the chaos stop.
But at least Jim's probably nonexistent god would be happy. It LOVES blood sacrifices.
