Oh yes. Be grateful to the God who, by the reasoning of fundies, gave the kid the cancer in the first place, a decidedly malicious act. But, of course, through his INFINITE love and compassion, decided to take it away again.

True, I didn't make cancer. Don't you wackos claim that God created everything? So, that would mean that you believe your God created cancer. Nice.

I am not helpless. In the face of cancer, I would rely on the best medical science has to offer, that is, I would get expert help.
I am not grateful to your imaginary friend. Prove that your God exist and that he is providing me with some real benefits and I will write him a very nice thank you note.

HE and his mother didn't stick their heads into the sand, and try to pray it all away. The did something, they had it treated by doctors, and with that treatment, it went away.
Oh yeah, and I guess according to you your God gave him the cancer, right?
