Psychology doesn't even exist
It's ALL about the neurotransmitters (and their receptors and sensitivity, but you get the point)
There is literally NO free will
Everything we like, hate, whether we are talkative or shy, happy or sad, excited or bored, what we lik to do and what we don't like to do, the choices we make, it's all 100% controlled by neurotransmitters
There is nothing what "we" are, we are quite passive observers obedient to the chemical reactions in our body, we do what they tell us, we cannot really change anything about it

You know, wether or not true free will actually does exist among humans is a very interesting topic for philosophical debate.
But I doubt incels will get farther than "-ergo it's not our fault we're irredeemable scum! We're the victims that deserve compensation! Waaaaaah!!"
Psychology exists because we're not just the chemicals that make us up, we're the interaction between those chemicals. And those interactions are complex enough that we can't look at them from a simple mechanical point of view and know how everything works. No, we're more complex than that. Psychology is one of the approaches to understand the interactions that control our actions and fix the problems we find in these systems.
Here's my take:
One of the cult finally started paying a little bit of attention in science class. The class in question just so happened to be discussing the nervous system, but the cultist - only having about a fifth of his total attention span directed at the class when brooding in the corner and leering at his female classmates is apparently a better use of his time - only caught a small bit about how neurotransmitters work. Rather than continue paying attention to learn what, exactly, neurotransmitters actually are, the cultist - who has already been looking for any possible excuse to place the blame for his failures to socialize on everything and everyone except himself and his actions - immediately jumped to some bullshit conclusion about how "neurotransmitters" are actually some government-conspiracy nanomachines that influence everyone to act and think the same way at all times, injected into every person on the planet in preparation for some One World Order brainwashing type of deal.
I don't think people like this actually think through their logic. If there's no free will, and thus no one can be blamed for anything, how can you blame the police for throwing your ass in prison when you do something bad? It's not like they had any more choice than you did. Likewise, of course "psychology" isn't real. It's just a series of noises coming out of the head-holes of complex biological objects which self-reference by another series of noises as "humans" (assuming that the concept of self-reference were real, which it's also not). Seriously, if you get overly reductionist then everything is just a handful of very low-level concepts which cannot be described or understood because higher-level concepts like sapient thought or language have no meaning and there is no reality, only Zuul.
Whether free will exists or not (and it probably doesn't) only truly matters in one respect: If you don't act like it's real, you're gonna have a bad time.
Confused?
