[Commenter calls Vox Day a racist for claiming that if women don't wish to be "forcibly raped" they should avoid the company of black and Hispanic men.]
Your claim that it is racist simply shows that you don't understand the basic concept of probability. Most black men are not rapists. Most Hispanic men are not rapists. However, an individual black man is 3x more likely to commit rape than the individual white/Hispanic man. I would conservatively estimate about 6x more likely than the individual white man but it's hard to say precisely because Hispanic offenders are listed as white by the FBI. It could be closer to 10x, depending upon the Hispanic/white offender ratio.
So, simply avoiding the company of black men significantly reduces a woman's chance of being raped by more than half an order of magnitude. That's not debatable. If you support seat belt and helmet laws, there is no way you can reasonably refuse to fail to endorse the practice of white women concerned about rape avoiding the company of black men based on the probabilities. Anecdotally speaking, of the three women that I have known who were raped, all white, two were raped by black men and the other was kidnapped and raped by a man who was Hmong.

Enoch Powell was right. John Derbyshire was right. I'd much rather have the idiots refuse to listen to me and be ultimately judged correct by history than maintain my audience by telling lies.

It is an interesting fact documented by the FBI that sexual predators, especially habitual or "serial" rapists, rarely target victims outside their own ethnic group.
Child predators are a notable exception, and it disturbs me to find that all the most well known and publicised cases involved white men. Admittedly most publicised does not equal accurate statistics but it does warrant a cringe.
No, Vox, you're a racist.
@ #1445770:
Those who abuse prostitutes are an exception as well.
Really, because I worked night shift with several black, Hispanic & Middle Eastern men over the past couple of years, they've had several opportunities to rape me in the parking lot, or secluded areas of the plant. (It was very noisy there, no one would have heard me scream). In fact they were very protective of us female coworkers, often seeing to it that we got across the parking lot safely in the dark.
Yet another racist who doesn't seem to understand that being overrepresented for arrests or incarceration for a certain crime doesn't mean that demographic is ACTUALLY doing more of that crime.
Ex: Almost 40% of people arrested for marijuana possession are black, despite the fact that whites smoke MORE marijuana than blacks per capita.

Racists also don't seem to understand the concept that even if a demographic is overrepresented for a given offense it does not mean this is a reflection of the AVERAGE PERSON in that demographic. White male inmates are 3x more likely to have molested a child than a black male inmate. That does not mean the average white man is more likely than the average black man to be a child molester because the average man in both the "black" and "white" groups is not a child molester to begin with.

*This racist also made that claim that all Hispanics are listed as "white" in FBI stats. Which is not true. Hispanics are divided up between white, black and "Other" because "Hispanic" is not a race. About 40% of American Hispanics self-identify as "white" on the Census. In some FBI stats Hispanics are listed separately, like hate crime offender and victim categories.

As Carl Sagan once put it, they laughed at Galileo. They laughed at Newton. But they also laughed at Bozo the Clown.
Guess which of these three you are, VD.
You'd have to be Hmong to be kidnapped and raped by a Hmong (it's a form of marriage-by-capture). The statistic probability of being raped by someone outside your ethnic group, though not as rare as that, is low.
So when is Vox running for political office as a Republican? Making stupid, unsubstantiated, and obviously false claims about rape qualifies you to run for office on the Republican platform these days. Hell, it's almost a prerequisite.
>>Anecdotally speaking, of the three women that I have known who were raped, all white, two were raped by black men and the other was kidnapped and raped by a man who was Hmong. <<
Vox Day has known many more women who were raped. They just didn't tell him about it (not did should they have to).
His ignorance is almost as offensive as his racism and misogyny.
"Anecdotally speaking, of the three women that I have known who were raped, all white, two were raped by black men and the other was kidnapped and raped by a man who was Hmong."
Using anecdotes as "evidence" of a national or universal trend is a logical fallacy.

I'm black and I've lived in the suburbs since around my preteen years. A white neighbor a couple of houses down from my parents moved away a few months ago. This white neighbor's wife (who was also white) stole one of my parents' newspapers every other week for almost 2 years straight. It took them almost 2 years to figure out who was stealing their paper when finally my mom walked outside while the white neighbor lady was in the middle of picking up my parents' paper. The lady tried to make up some weak excuse but it was obvious she was caught. Like they suspected it turns out she had been stealing the paper so she could have extra shopping coupons to clip out. She only stole THEIR paper and left our white neighbors' papers alone. We suspect she and her husband were racists because they always acted funny around us. E.g. We often found them staring at us from their yard or garage like they thought we were up to something and her husband, they left anonymous complaint letters in our mailbox about frivolous things (like our dog barking a little too loudly in their opinion, though several other neighbor dogs barked more loudly and more often), he like to host block parties in the summer that he called "Redneck Parties" (95-100% of the people attending were white, and yes, he ACTUALLY did call them "redneck parties"), he often parked up the street instead of in his driveway, partly blocking OUR driveway, etc. I have a feeling the fact that my parents have a yard almost 3x larger than most of their white neighbors had something to do with the cold shoulder treatment we got (i.e. feelings of jealousy from some racist neighbors who feel that we blacks don't "deserve" to have more than they have).
She ought to be glad my parents didn't sue her for the $300+ worth of newspapers she stole from them. They agreed to drop the matter when she apologized in person and promised to never do it again.
Now does that mean the average white person is like that or more likely to be like that? Does that mean this is how the average white suburbanite treats black neighbors? No. An example of why anecdotes don't count as evidence of widespread trends.
@Reynardine - Not surprised. Most people living among people of the same "race" have horror stories to tell about "their own" people. XD
My point telling that story, however, was to demonstrate that personal experiences and anecdotes don't count as evidence of universal or national trends. I'm sure this is not how most white people in the suburbs treat their black neighbors. Most of my other white neighbors have never treated me or my family badly.
As new people move into Anne Arundel County, Maryland (due to a boom in housing and high-paying government jobs, i.e. DISA) I HAVE been noticing more new white neighbors giving me the cold shoulder when I great them or driving slowly past my house when they see me, staring at me for an inappropriately long time as if they're seeing an alien or watching to see if I'm up to something. I heavily suspect a lot of these people moved here from "red states" (like Virginia) and convervative counties in Maryland. Mostly because a lot of DISA chasers ARE from Virginia and West Virginia. Voting patterns seem to be changing in the area too, AA County is voting Republican in higher numbers since these people started moving here in the past few years when it used to be an overwhelmingly Democratic county. I think a lot of these "red-staters" are probably bringing their mentality with them from their old homes and some of them are probably not used to seeing black people living in suburbs (or were expecting the 'burbs to be all-white).
Yes Vox is a racist and a pathetic one at best. I could take the time to log onto my university library and look up the relevant stats and facts. However, I think I'm just content to know that we're all right, and he is dead wrong, and will never rise above being an angry voice on the internet. How do I know this? Well, just read his posts!
Most women are raped by men they know, not by randoms in a dark alley. So women should avoid ALL men, not just men of color.
Of course, saying THAT would be misandry!

Eff the what?
You know, I've read enough of Roger Waters' lyrics to know whining when I see it. All I'm seeing is whining. Whining everywhere.
*Now I feel the sudden need to scrub my brain.
Confused?
